I like the composition of this alot! The detail in the water is nice and the way you left some space at the top of the frame/falls is a great touch.
What I would do if this was mine would be to first either add more saturation/color or go totally black and white. This is on the edge of both and it bothers me a little bit.
The other thing I'd do is heighten the contrast a tiny bit. Not enough to white out the falls but just a little bit to add more depth to the shot.
